Terraplus is pleased to introduce the new KT-10 S/C Magnetic Susceptibility/Conductivity Meter. The KT-10S/C measures simultaneously the Magnetic Susceptibility and Conductivity on either samples or core. It is a Dual Frequency System helping the end user to separate better the magnetic susceptibility from conductivity in specific measurements. The KT-10 S/C standard configuration includes an Android Application for Real Time Profiling providing as well the ability of adding text notes on your Smart Phone which text is automatically stored on your KT-10 S/C. The standard KT-10 and KT-10 Plus can be upgraded into a KT-10 S/C Combined Magnetic Susceptibility/Conductivity Meter.

Terraplus is now offering an Android Application for both the KT-10 and KT-10 Plus Magnetic Susceptibility Meters. This KT-10 Application allows you to display Real Time Scanner Profile on Android platform operated Smart Phones. Their large display will show Real Time Animated Graphical output while scanning and can be used as a KT-10 memory Data Browser to display field measurements/records. This allows users to Pan and Zoom on Scanner Graph. You can also add text notes with your Android Smart Phone and transfer them automatically to the data stored on the KT-10 or KT-10 Plus.

The GEM-2 Hand Held Conductivity Meter bandwidth range has been increased from 300 Hz to 96 KHz. This broadband system allows the operator to use multiple frequencies, external GPS and Real Time Profiling with a PDA/IPaq through Bluetooth. Furthermore, data are stored in the internal memory as well as on the SD Card.

We have now added the new KT-10 Plus Magnetic Susceptibility Meter to our Rental Pool. The KT-10 Plus is able to measure iron ore samples and cores up to 10 SI units while providing all the benefits offered by the KT-10. With this extended range and the appropriate calibration curves, it is now possible to obtain the concentration estimate of iron ore directly from the KT-10 Plus. This allows the operator to speed up the screening of samples to be sent to the lab for chemical assay.
